Installation

Professional installation is strongly recommended because installation may involve the steering wheel airbag, multifunction controls, electrical connectors, paddle shifters and factory heating functions. Disconnect and handle the vehicle's airbag system only according to proper Porsche service procedures.

Verify all steering wheel functions after installation, including horn operation, multifunction buttons, paddle shifters, heating and any optional LED equipment.

Care Guide

Carbon Fiber: Clean carbon fiber surfaces using a soft microfiber cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive compounds and harsh chemicals that may damage the clear coat.

Leather: Wipe leather surfaces regularly with a clean microfiber cloth and use an automotive leather cleaner suitable for premium interior materials when required.

Alcantara: Clean Alcantara gently using products specifically intended for suede or Alcantara-type materials. Avoid saturating the surface with water or aggressive cleaners.

Protect From Sun & Chemicals: Avoid prolonged exposure to aggressive chemicals and excessive direct sunlight when possible to help preserve the carbon fiber, leather, stitching and trim finishes.
