Description
Upgrade the sound, appearance, and exhaust flow of your Porsche 911 991.2 Turbo S 3.8L with this Performance Titanium Alloy Vacuum-Valved Cat-Back Exhaust System. Designed specifically for the twin-turbocharged 991.2 Turbo S platform, this system combines lightweight titanium construction, vacuum-controlled exhaust valves, a performance-oriented muffler layout, and quad burnt titanium tips for a distinctive motorsport-inspired upgrade.
The vacuum-valved configuration allows the exhaust character to change depending on valve position, providing greater control over sound compared with a permanently open performance exhaust. Titanium alloy construction helps reduce exhaust-system weight while offering excellent resistance to heat and corrosion, making this system suitable for performance-focused street and enthusiast applications.

Fitment Note: This listing is specifically for the Porsche 911 991.2 Turbo S equipped with the 3.8L twin-turbo flat-six engine. Exhaust compatibility can vary depending on factory exhaust configuration, bumper setup and regional specification. Verify the vehicle configuration before installation.
Valve Operation
The system uses vacuum-operated exhaust valves to alter the exhaust flow path. Depending on the installed control configuration, the valves can provide a quieter exhaust path for normal driving and a more direct, aggressive exhaust path when opened. Exact valve-control operation depends on the supplied controller and vehicle installation.
Installation
Professional installation by an experienced Porsche or performance exhaust technician is strongly recommended. The original exhaust must be removed and the titanium system carefully aligned before final tightening. Exhaust-tip positioning, valve operation, vacuum routing, clearances and all connections should be checked after installation and again following the initial heat cycles.
Important: Allow the exhaust to cool completely before servicing or adjusting any component. Exhaust components can reach extremely high temperatures during operation.
Emissions & Road-Use Notice
This is a performance exhaust component. Exhaust noise and emissions regulations vary by jurisdiction. The purchaser is responsible for confirming that the system and its intended configuration comply with applicable local road-use, noise and emissions requirements.
Production & Shipping
- Lead Time: 2 weeks
- Delivery: 1 week
- Returns: Allowed within 10 days after delivery
- Replacements: Only for items damaged on arrival
Regular Cleaning: Allow the exhaust system and tips to cool completely before cleaning. Use a soft microfiber cloth with mild automotive soap and water to remove dirt, road residue and exhaust deposits.
Maintain the Titanium Finish: Avoid aggressive metal polishes, abrasive pads or harsh chemicals on the burnt titanium surfaces, as these may alter or remove the heat-treated coloration.
Inspect Periodically: Periodically inspect clamps, mounting points, vacuum lines and valve mechanisms to ensure the system remains secure and operates correctly.
Natural Titanium Color Change: Titanium may develop additional heat coloration with repeated temperature cycles. This is a normal characteristic of titanium exhaust components and is not necessarily a defect.
